My little Lo & Behold Blue Chip buddleia has finished its first blooms and is in bud for more to open soon. The first ones were out even before the plant was in the ground -- or, rather, container, since that's where I'm growing it.
Doing well and happy on my front porch, tho most of the growth seems to be on one side of the plant, which was how it arrived. Hopefully, it will fill out as it matures, and as the sun on the thinner side encourages more growth.
One point I've noticed: The faded flowers don't really "melt" away. It doesn't seem to need deadheading to rebloom, but I don't really like the look of all those withered flowers. Then again, maybe I'm just a fanatic for deadheading!
